Cooking Method (For 1 Packet):

Heat the oil/ghee, fry onions till golden brown. Take out half of the onions and half oil/ghee. Keep
aside. Add meat, ginger, garlic and fry for a few minutes. Add packet “B” and fry for another 5
minutes.
Add 5 glasses of water and cook on low heat till the meat is tender. Mash cooked meat with a wooden

hand masher. In another large heavy pan dissolve National Quick Cook Haleem packet “A” in 7
glasses of water and cook on high flame for 15 minutes. Keep stirring. Add meat and cook for 30
minutes on low heat.
Delicious Haleem is ready. Garnish with oil/ghee. Serve with National Chat Masala, fried onions,
